Local Authorities, Social Workers and Police, past and present, and those affiliated to them, including any Volunteers, are not welcome across Stop Safeguarding Now, including this forum. Any breach of this will be detected and is a breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We do have the ability to find out.

Please remember, under no circumstances use a username that could give away your real identity or that of your loved ones.

We currently have no way of stopping registrations from Social Services or other enemies until we detect them. We check regularly and do have the tools to terminate such accounts. So, it is important that they have no information that they can cross reference. If the majority of our members agree, we will change the policy to ID being required with special arrangements for those without photographic ID. Understandably, however, we presume that many people would feel uncomfortable providing ID so we are using anonymous usernames instead with guidance as to maintaining anonymity in posts.

Please be careful and ensure that your posts cannot be cross-referenced against case files that Social Services hold and please never use the names of loved ones. If you use replacement names, please clearly state this as, otherwise, we can't then be sure as to whether you are using genuine names by accident or not.

Please remember how smug and bitchy Social Workers are and take delight in them not getting anywhere to stop us.
